Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. ERP - MIS generation
2. Lead Date Entries in ERP
3. Responding to mails received from customers [ within 24 hours ]
4. Tele - Calling – Prospects & Existing Customers
5. Searching Internet to find new prospects
6. Managing Back Office administrative tasks
7. Preparing weekly marketing activity report
8. Coordinating with social media marketing agency
9. Coordinating with social media marketing agency
10. Bulk Mails & WhatsApp messaging
Requisite Skills:
11. Ability to communicate properly in Gujarati and Hindi
12. Knowledge of MS-Office, Internet & Google Sheets
13. Working knowledge of Social Media Platforms
Desired Skills: Functional knowledge of any ERP
Education: Any Graduate Degree
