Job Description:
- Min 2-3 years experience in jewellery production
- Casting and all type hand work expertz working in jewellery workshop with casting and hand made jewellery
- Monitor and analyze production process and performance.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies
- Ensure quality standards are strictly adhered for continuous customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between production and other departments.
- Identify strategies to reduce cost and to increase the efficiency
- Ensure the day to day task assigned and the performance of all the employees.
