RCM - Revenue Cycle Management
Job Description:
Ensure accurate and timely collection of Quality/Work progress.
Co -ordination from site to HO and implement experience on project site management methodologies while project execution.
Should be able to implement project schedule as per plan and strategy.
Able to take site level decisions for construction progress in compliance with quality cheques inspection before civil or electrical works.
Precise understanding of civil electrical drawings up to 220 kv EHV Project sub station
EHV Projects elements like feeder bay, Transmission line and pooling sub stations.
Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively
Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability
Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members.
Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place
Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members
Project scheduling and resource management
Planning, budgeting and reporting on projects
Make presentations on project status, present monthly and annual reports to senior management-HO & Client team.
Meet with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progress
Interview candidates and hire resources
Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas of improvement, give feedback and recommend for promotions or salary increments
Estimate project budgets, coordinate with finance department for funds and plan for purchasing of equipment and hardware in a cost-effective way
Provide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time
Review and follow up all payment invoice & submission of RA Bill and get payment on time.
Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience as Technical Manager Computer knowledge and software acquittance.
Written and verbal communication in English & Hindi, local language
Logical thinker with excellent organizational skills. Site Management, Project Execution
Must have hands on working Experience on tally, Knowledge and experience of related computer application.
As per General Rules & Regulation. And willing to travel PAN India
Salary: 45k to 55k per month
