Job Description:

Responsibilities: Technical Product Documentation Writer
1. Document Creation:
Create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for our products, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and API documentation.

2. Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance, to gather information and ensure accurate representation of product features and functionalities.

3. User-Centric Approach:
Develop user-friendly and user-friendly documentation tailored to our diverse audience's needs, ranging from end-users to technical support teams.

4. Continuous Improvement:
Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback, product updates, and industry best practices.

5. Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to ensure that documentation aligns with the latest technologies and standards.

6. Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to validate that documentation accurately reflects the current state of the product.

7. Documentation Management:
Organize and maintain documentation repositories, version control, and access permissions to ensure the availability of up-to-date information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technology concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to transform complex technical information into clear and accessible content.

*Working Hours/ Office Timings:2pm-11pm (only 1st Saturday working)
