Roles and Responsibilities

To do recruitments for positions as per the need of the company
To source candidates from different portals/social media
To co-ordinate with recruitment agencies
To screen and shortlist candidates
To take telephonic round of interviews with candidates
To schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates with management
To do background verification of new joiners
To issue offer letter, Appointment letters, joining form to new joiners.
To conduct induction and onboarding of new joiners
To educate new joiners about company policies
To complete joining and exit formalities of concerned team mates in timely manner
To plan and execute monthly employee engagement and team building activities
To prepare training calendar
To provide operational support in execution of trainings
To handle daily attendance and leaves of employees
To handle daily employee grievances
To ensure work anniversaries, birthday’s, and festival celebrations
To do monthly rewards and recognitions for team mates
To maintain employee database for the company
To assist HR Manager in executing PMS
To handle payroll of employees
To take daily reporting from the teams
