Shift Incharge – Cotton Dyeing (Jiggar Machine)
Job Description:
- B. Tech / Diploma in textiles Chemistry with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- The incumbent will be responsible for handling production activities of cotton dyeing (CPB & Jigger Machines)
-To handle cotton fabric dyeing production activities of CPB machine and other Dyeing production on Jigger machines
- Must have sound knowledge of Fabric Dyeing process in Exhaust system
- Should have handled the Dyeing of all kinds of cotton fabrics PV/ PC Blend Fabric
- To plan, execute and follow-up the production activities and control the quality production
- To study dyes and chemicals nature which is delivered from the manufacturer and apply them correctly to the production to get the best results
- Sound understanding of identification of various fabric defects on Dyeing stage and reconcile it accordingly
- To develop quality standards and to achieve profitability of operations through production planning, wastage control, cost control and reduction measures
- To motivate staff and workmen time to time and to contribute positively for their growth and development through training, different quality standards and systems
