Dy General Manager (Fabric Processing)
Job Description:
- The incumbent will be responsible for handling production activities of dyeing and finishing
department.
- B.Tech / BE in Textiles or Degree in Chemistry with minimum 15 years of relevant work experience
-To handle dyeing and finishing operations and production planning activities of fabric processing
-Must have sound knowledge of Yarn Dyeing, Fabric Dyeing, Finishing and other textile operations
- Additional knowledge of Foil and Transfer printing will be preferred
-Should have handled the processing of all kinds of fabrics such as cotton, viscose and other
synthetic fabrics
- To plan, execute and follow-up the production activities and control the quality production
-To study dyes and chemicals nature which is delivered from the manufacturer and apply them
correctly to the production to get the best results
- Sound understanding of identification of various fabric defects at processing stage and take
corrective steps accordingly
- To develop quality standards and to achieve profitability of operations through production
planning, wastage control, cost control and reduction measures
- To motivate staff and workmen time to time and to contribute positively for their growth and
development through training, different quality standards and systems
