Job Description:
  • Good knowledge of QuickBooks online
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
  • Candidate should be willing to work in mid shift or night shift
  • At Least 1-2 years of Experience working as a QuickBooks online Bookkeeper
  • Executing monthly bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients in compliance with GAAP and company practices
  • Ensuring that assigned clients’ work is completed timely and to company quality standards
  • Review and categorize transactions
  • Record and attach support documents to entries
  • Enter vendor bills and create client invoices (A/P, A/R)
  • Keep up with monthly reconciliations for Bank Accounts, PayPal, Credit Cards or other accounts
  • Run reports as needed
