Job Description:

Create social media posting such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn

Having good experience in social media posting

Handling customer accounts

Building positive relationships with customers

Assisting with generating new business

Identifying opportunities for greater profits

Create plans to address clients’ business needs

Advise clients on creating profitable processes

Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied

Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

Study competition to find new ways to retain customers

Education: Any Graduate
