Job Description:
- You are majorly responsible to do all the payments follow ups and and keep record of the same.
- Ensure timely collection of payments.
- Keep the track of all the payments and their deadlines.
- Responsible to negotiate with the clients in non-payment cases.
- Responsible to do all the credit approvals.
- Responsible to do courier of Original Invoices.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly report of payment status.
- Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
- Responsible to complete all the work which is being allocated by the reporting manager.
