- Electrical Distribution Board Maintenance All Electrical Light Fittings (Ceiling, Pole Light, Hanging Fittings) Maintenance
- Transformer, LT, HT and all panel Maintenance AMF Panel & APFC Panel Maintenance
- AMC Services and Paid Services Follow-ups
- Maintenance Of Plumbing Facilities -Sensor/Hand Dryer/Wash Room Exhaust Fan
- Fire Alarm System/Fire Panel Monitoring and Maintenance Fire Extinguisher and Fire Mock Drill
- LED TV Maintenance
- All Kitchen Equipment Maintenance( Exhaust Fan, Bain-marie, Idli Steamer, Scrubber, Dough Maker, Dish Washer Machine, Deep Freezer Softener Plant, Water pressure Pump, etc..
- Air Conditioning System Primary Check, Filter Cleaning and Identifying Error and Follow up with Agency
- Industrial And Domestic RO Plant Maintenance
- Furniture Maintenance and Up keeping of Company Assets
- Asset Inventory
- Allotment of Drawer Keys and Maintaining Records
- Electrical Maintenance
- UPS & Battery Maintenance
- Infrastructure Preventive And Break-down Maintenance
- To maintain/report all infrastructure in working condition at all times
- To Repair / coordinate with outside agencies for repairs in case of break-downs.
- Knowledge of Lighting fixture repair
- DG Set Maintenance & Running Records DG Set Fuel Consumption Report
