Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY – Maintenance Engineer
To support production function by avoiding machine breakdowns. To maintain critical spares. To
plan and execute all types of maintenance activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES of Maintenance Engineer
ï‚· Machine shop maintenance.
ï‚· Machine shop- Breakdown maintenance, Fixture, Tooling system, Air /power system.
ï‚· MTBF & MTTR of machines, Equipment’s etc
ï‚· Maintain Fire fighting equipment.
ï‚· Analysis & Control of Break Downs
ï‚· Shut Down & Preventive Maint. Planning & control
ï‚· Planning & Execution of Shut Down activities of sections
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications of the Maintenance Engineer
ï‚· BE / Diploma Electrical / Electronics with Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing unit
comprising of CNC machines.
ï‚· Should be able to deal with vendors and machine manufacturers related to maintenance.
ï‚· Should have good analytical & reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications of the the Maintenance Engineer
ï‚· Hands on with Mechanical Maintenance.
Education of the the Maintenance Engineer
ï‚· BE / Diploma Electrical / Electronics with 5 years’ experience.
ï‚· Good Oral / written English Communication.
