Operations Executive for Food Industry for West Africa –Ghana

Job Description:

- This role will be responsible for company operations by supporting Sales, and other Commercial Operations to drive orders and commercial performance.

- He will be working very closely with the customers in Ghana on daily basis to drive commercial intensity and to implement Initiatives & strategies to maximize our profitable Market share.  

- Manage our organization in our yard( manage workers– stock control )

- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a team within a large, complex and matrixed organization

- Experience leading or managing projects of various size, duration and scope

- Ability to translate strategy into business objectives

- Strong process skills and understanding of business finance

- Coaching and mentoring experience

- Fluent English is a must

- Active driver

-No restrictions for long international travels

- Problem solver, reliable, responsive & attentive to detail
