Job Description:

• Min 3-4 years of experience in cement/process plant experience only
• Preventive, predictive maintenance scheduling, ensuring equipment availability.
• Supervising the execution of day preventive, corrective and routine maintenance.
• Supervision on mechanical technicians crew and development.
• Planned and scheduled construction activities, managed manpower workforce to complete project ahead of schedule and slashed overall project budget
• Created working prototype for waste management system using most efficient material to check feasibility without violating safety procedure
• Successfully implemented waste management system which increased plant efficiency and reduced total cost.
• Monitored project at construction site, carried out physical inspection as per piping P&ID drawing, reviewed documentation of fit-up, welding and NDT testing & did Quality checkup
• Established and reinforced maintenance and safety procedures
