Job Description:
- Maintain smooth plant operation with adherence to SOP’S.
- Maintain shift logs for respective area/equipment
- Handle Vacuum Distillation Column, Dehydration column, Atmospheric
- Distillation Columns, Reflux systems, Heat Exchangers, Condensers, Separators,
- Reactors, Storage tanks, Pumps & Compressors and troubleshooting the problems
- with knowledge.
- Monitor the intermediate process parameters like Temp, Pressure of various equipment’s
- at plant with the help of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and meet operations at
- various corrective actions as per requirement..
- Participating in Daily production & planning meeting, maintains 5S, Ensure to finish
- the daily production targets.
- Trouble shooting during emergency period like sudden power trip, start up and shutdown.
