Job Description:
  • Cold Calls and area mapping for lead generation
  • Organizing site visits of different business associates
  • Responsible for negotiating contracts and packages.
  • Respond to customers to help solve technical problem.
  • Explain quotation and designed solutions to the clients.
  • Responsible for the payment follow ups from the clients.
  • Introduce new product features to the Channel Customer, help customer to select and configure products/Solutions.
  • Visit to the other cities within a state as and when required
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvement.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Compile and update sales data. (Hard and Soft Copies).
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
  • Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Weekly meet with Sr. Sales Executives and Sales Head/Managing Director
  • Submit daily Sales report to the concerned reporting manager.
