Job Description:
- Ensure consistency of systems across the business & full documentation of all operational systems
- Must be from Export Import and logistic industry with expertise in export, Import SCM and Procurement process.
- Meeting business head regularly
- Ensure succession and contingency plans and resources are in place for all key operational roles
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Standardize process and systems to ensure implementation of best practices and global standards for the continued scalability.
