Tele Sales Executive
Job Description:
- Answering question about products or the company
- Min 1 year experience in sales
- Ask question to understand customer requirement and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter & update customer information in the database
- Take & process order in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sale quota & facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls & sales and note useful information.
- Developing In-depth knowledge of customer products & service to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs & preferences.
- Good Communication Skill in Hindi, Gujarati & English Language
- Ability to quickly develop knowledge of a new market place
- Highly self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and drive to reach and exceed targets
- Cool-tempered & able to handle rejection
- Education: Graduate Location: Ahmedabad
- Experience: 1 To 2 years (only Female candidate apply)
- Salary: (Negotiable) No bar for right candidate
