Sr Engineer/Engineer – Electrical
Job Description:
Having Electrical maintenance experience working with continuous chemical manufacturing plants. Carbon Plant experience will be preferred.
He should lead a team of Technicians to achieve organizational objectives.
Operation and Maintenance of Electrical equipment like HT/LT motors, Transformers, DG set, UPS, VFD, Switchgears consisting of VCB’s etc
He should well conversant with installation, Testing and commissioning of various electrical equipment like MCC, PMCC
He should be well conversant with Preventive maintenance and condition monitoring techniques to reduce breakdown & down time.
He should be capable of manpower, material and shutdown planning for annual turnarounds.
He should have system oriented approach and willing to continuously improving upon plant uptime, reliability, cost and safety performance.
He should have cost consciousness and have flair to add value on our energy savings, reliability and other cost saving measures.
He should have exposure on systems for manufacturing excellence, SAP, ISO,5S, RCA etc...
