Job Description:
- Excellent Communication Skills (US Accent would be an added advantage)
- Experience of selling professional services (accounts, taxation, IT, medical billing, others)
- Should have worked with foreign clients (US, UK, Australia) i.e. should have outsourcing experience
- Should be very good at cold calling and email campaigns
- Should be good at SMM (Social Media Marketing) – blogs, articles, posts, videos etc.
- Knowledge about SEO and Paid Marketing (Google Adwords, Linkedin Marketing, Facebook advertising) would be an added advantage
- Should have relevant experience of 3 years or more
Offered Benefits / Facilities :
- As to compensation, it shouldn’t be a problem for a suitable candidate. The compensation will be structured to include fixed salary + variable commission (1 time commission of as high as 30% of all the new revenue generated by the candidate). However, if I have to give you a number, I would say 50k/- in monthly salary is something that I will be comfortable to start with.
- As to work hours, the person will be working 5 days a week and will be following US hours for producing better results. The person will be given flexibility to work from home during night hours as long as the results are delivered.
- Lastly, the person will be given an opportunity to visit US to attend business events and conferences once he/she settles down with the job responsibilities and company culture.
