Job Description:
- Knowledge at a level attained through significant Billing and Medical Office experience.
- Significant work experience in the physician/clinical setting where EMR/PM is deployed and in use.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with end users, vendors and other regional personnel.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and work with people of all backgrounds and at all levels.
- Ability to research, organizes, analyzes, and synthesizes data to support effective
- decision-making. Ability to use all necessary computer software efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to take initiative, use sound judgment, make independent decisions and work with tight deadlines.
- Is a continuous, life-long learner who regularly invests their time .
- efforts in enhancing their healthcare business, clinical, regulatory and technology knowledge-base.
- Participates in continuing education opportunities pertaining to the system and job requirements.
- Employee is required to follow organizational rules, policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and standards
- Demonstrates the ability to work with interruptions, under stress and in emergency situations.
- Establishes priorities and assists leaders and staff with problem solving.
- Must required US Medical Billing experienced – (1 Year)
