Customer Relationship Manager (Only Male)
Job Description:
- Receive and process customer requests.
- Coordinate and monitor teams of company and the external agencies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage relations with customers
- Ensure technical and contractual compliance
- Maintain contracts and other documents and performing other tasks needed to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Conceptualizing, Planning and Executing recreational activities/events for customer engagement.
- Should be able to negotiate and maintain good relation with service staff, suppliers, and agencies.
- Responsible for profits and losses, relevant promotional activities, budgeting and general after sales services.
- Male candidate with Graduation from any of the streams with 5 -10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, organization, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Must be flexible, goal-oriented and highly organized
- Must be able to investigate and analyze problems, make sound judgments and solve problems in a timely manner.
- Work experience with real estate developer would be preferable
