Job Functions / Responsibilities:
- Providing one to one guidance to employees to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Selecting the correct set of exercises for employee to achieve maximum results.
- Measuring body fat, fitness assessment test and body measurement.
- Demonstrated proper form and techniques of all exercise.
- Explaining to employees the results they can expect from particular exercise regimes.
- Conducting various Strength and floor exercise, Aerobics and health awareness.
