Hiring System Admin (L1) for a leading IT Company

Job Description:

Job Position: System Admin(L1)

Experience : 1-2 years

Job Functions / Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, Acknowledging and troubleshooting the server and service alerts received on monitoring platform.
• Ensure maximum up time and availability of the service to the client by quickly resolving issue detected on monitoring platform as well as escalated from other team.
• Need to work with core team during outages or any other core technical issues.
• Should be First point of contact to resolve or respond to any query or issue faced by other department as well as customer.
• Ensure and follow all the NOC Operational processes and Escalation Matrix.
• Communicate with all other departments if any outage occurred.
• Provide quick resolution or else escalate the issue to supervisor in timely manner for any issue reported.
• Should be able to take the ownership of any issue reported and be on it till the issue is resolved.

Skills Required:

•  Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Engineering with computer background is preferred
•  Active Directory
•  IP Table Configuration
•  Linux (RHEL/Debian)
•  Cisco ASA Firewall
•  VPN Tunnels
•  Network troubleshooting
•  Sonicwall Firewall (additional weightage)
•  Basic understanding and knowledge on Backups/Restores, Network Operation Center, Monitoring
• System like Whatsup Gold/ Hp Openview etc.
•  Any application component knowledge, SAN, VMWARE is definitely a plus
•  Knowledge of FTP, Tomcat and database plus.
•  Cloud computing/VPN/ Devops
•  AWS Certification
•  RedHat Certification

Working Days : 5 day

Timing : Ready to work in 24*7 Shifts
