Software engineer(Technical Support)
Job Description:
Job Functions / Responsibilities:
ï‚· Find technical solutions on issues or queries related to unknown or new scenarios
ï‚· Meet set SLAs
ï‚· Manage relationships with clients
ï‚· Work with cross-functional teams as and when required
ï‚· Keep up-to-date with all eClinicalWorks products and its enhancements
ï‚· Maintain excellent customer satisfaction level
ï‚· Other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
ï‚· Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field
(such as BE, BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, MSc IT)
ï‚· Proficient with relational databases (SQL Queries)
ï‚· Excellent knowledge on basic RDBMS Concepts
ï‚· Knowledge / Experience with Java or .Net (OOPs Concepts)
ï‚· Experience with Internet Protocols, HTTP / HTTPs
ï‚· Knowledge of basic networking fundamentals
ï‚· Experience with XML / XSL
ï‚· Experience with Web Application Server(s)
ï‚· Understanding of multi-tier web architecture
ï‚· Knowledge of SQL Server 2005, 2008 and My SQL
ï‚· Knowledge of server side programming using VB/ COM, .Net and/or Java would be an advantage
ï‚· Prior technical support experience shall be an advantage
ï‚· Prompt, responsive, responsible and friendly approach to customer situations
