Job Description:
Person Should require to have Technical Back ground for HVAC / Air Conditioning filed for Project Slaes in to industrial & Pharma Sector.
MARKETING SKILL :
- Meeting With Architects & Consultants on regular basis for requirement on new Projects
- Filed Experience toward various Industrial area Near Surrounding to Ahmedabad.
- Should able to Make Proposal & Costings for various application of HVAC projects.
- Frequent filed movement & Cold calling on new Project research.
- Able to handle clients / Architects / Consultants on various meetings on Technical & Commercial grounds.
- Able to manage Negotiation meeting with Clients
TECHNICAL SKILLS will be as below:
- Good knowledge of Heat load calculation according to ISHRAE handbook.
- Good knowledge of psychometric charts, its related calculation & their use of designing.
- Good knowledge of fan, blower & ventilation calculation.
- Selection of Air Conditioning system component selection like VRV, AHU, Chillers, Cooling towers, Pumps, Blowers, & diffusers.
- Can calculate VRV / AHU tonnage and CFM calculation.
- Having knowledge of AHU and its components like AHU blower, motor, heating coil, cooling coil, filters & risers, Diffuser HEPA filter, HEPA box and dampers.
- Having knowledge of Ductable AC. FCU. Cassete unit.
- Having knowledge of DX-system, & chilled water system
SOFT SKILL :
- Good Communication & Analytical skill.
- Flexible and Adaptable to any Working Environment.
- Willingness to learn new techniques
