Job Description:
-Education Qualification: CS+(LLB/M.com)
-5+ yrs exp in NBFC
-Hands on experience on ROC & RBI Compliances
-Compliance of the Corporate and Allied Laws
-Compliance of Master Directions applicable to NBFCs issued by Reserve Bank of India
-Compliance of Listing Regulations and other SEBI Regulations
-Handling Audit Requirements including Internal and External Audits
-Preparation of Agenda and Minutes of the Meetings of Members, Board and its Committees
-Maintaining Compliance Tracker and updating the same regularly
-Filing of Various Forms, Returns and documents as required under NBFC Master Directions, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws with Regulatory Authorities
-Assisting in Convening and attending meetings of the Board and its Committees
-Maintenance of Statutory Registers,
-Monitoring Changes in relevant legislations and the regulatory environment
-Assisting in Preparation of Annual Report
-Liaisoning with RTA and other ancillary organisations
-Liaisoning with other verticals and supporting them in providing the information and documents required them.
