Job Description:
- To ensure that all are testing are done according to the approved sampling plan (in process and finished product) & Test plan (In coming raw material).
- Submission of CAPA Report wrt to Customer Complaint
- Analysis of non-conformance of incoming, in process & final product.
- Analysis of raw materials, In-process samples & finished product.
- Technical support to Production, Commercial & Marketing departments.
- Quick Root cause analyze for customer complaint with corrective actions.
- Performing kaizen activities wrt to Customer Complaint & In-house rejection
- To develop & update compounding material technology in line with global requirement.
- Adhere to overall quality system Plans, coordinate activities and objectives in accordance with the ISO & EHS related systems subject to company guidelines.
- Challenge with innovative idea and implement.
